Job Summary:  The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and management of all digital marketing strategies and campaigns. The digital marketing team lead is expected to increase the Company’s sales and revenue through his strategies and his ability to guide the entire digital marketing team into achieving the Company’s sales goals. 

Duties & Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  •   Creates Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Manages the company website by updating, writing, and editing product and market content while maintaining a consistent and appealing appearance throughout the web pages and documents
  • Recommends enhancements to improve user experience and tactics to increase traffic, collaborating with technical support
  • Provides biannual web analytics reporting and compares the site features with industry peers and global bests, coupled with proposals for site improvements
  • Monitors e-commerce segment; interacts with relevant departments to ensure products and pricing details are up to date
  • Improves SEO organically and through selective Strategic Google Ad Words campaigns; managed internally or with an outside consultant.
  • Works with cross-departmental teams to maintain current product line content, news releases, promotional campaigns, e-blasts, and web projects
  • Manages the company’s global online presence on all vendor sites, industry directories, and Google Business listings, and establish a systematic LinkedIn posting plan with Sales& Service Manager input
  • Assists with the development and maintenance of printed and/ or digital Selling Aids and Flyers used by the company’s Sales people and Managers around the world
  • Mines and analyze data from the ERP system to identify and create targeted Prospect Lists to be furnished to the company’s Inside and Outside sales people
  • Has the ability to research business opportunities and present ideas and findings to company management
  • Build, lead, and manage the inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Manage, guide, and train the digital marketing team and motivate them to achieve their goals.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency.
  • Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare and manage the Company’s global digital marketing budget
  • Oversee the Company’s social media accounts.
  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase the market segment.
  • Liaise with operations and business development teams to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
  • Align and cooperate with team members to deliver relevant campaigns.
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  •  “Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snap chat, Google Ads, SEO, PPC, Leads”.
  • Edit and proofread to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content output
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned.
  • Create and optimize sales funnel process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital marketing
  • Valid certification in Video editing and graphic designing.
  • Track record of digital marketing jobs successfully executed for 3 to 5 years
